Privacy Policy
ProSantaShop ("we", "us") runs prosantashop.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short and we keep it honest.
What we collect
- Account details. Name, email address, password (stored hashed), and phone number if you give one.
- Order details. What you bought, shipping and billing addresses, and order history.
- Measurements. For custom-fit pieces, the body measurements you enter, any photos or notes you attach, and your digital sign-off approving them.
- Messages. Anything you send us through the site, by email, or during a video fitting call.
- Mailing list. Your email address if you sign up for our welcome code or newsletter.
- Technical data. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and a session cookie that keeps you signed in and holds your cart.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure pages. Stripe sends us a confirmation and the last four digits so we can identify the payment.
How we use it
- To make and ship your order, and to build custom-fit pieces to your measurements.
- To email you about your order, your measurements, your fitting appointment, and your account.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To send our newsletter and offers, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and fix problems.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the store:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Shipping carriers (for example USPS, UPS, FedEx) receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Our email provider sends transactional and newsletter email on our behalf.
- Zoom or similar, if you book a video fitting call with us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use a session cookie so you stay signed in and your cart follows you around the site, and a small amount of browser storage to remember that you have already seen our welcome offer. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records, invoices and signed measurement approvals are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and accounting purposes. You can close your account at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the personal information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
- You can view and update your account details, addresses and measurements from your account page.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any newsletter.
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Children
The site is for professional performers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced by email to account holders.
