Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order placed on prosantashop.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy: [email protected] or 704-502-2500.
Who we are
ProSantaShop makes and sells apparel, boots and accessories for professional Santa and Mrs. Claus performers. Some pieces we make in our own workshop, some we source from makers we trust. Either way, everything we list is meant to be professional grade.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates; sales tax is added where required.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets Stripe offers on the payment page.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example a pricing error or an item that is no longer available) we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid.
Custom-fit pieces
Custom Santa suits, Mrs. Claus outfits, custom boots and other made-to-measure pieces are built to the measurements you provide.
- You enter your measurements through our guided measurement workflow and digitally sign to approve them. That signed approval is the specification we build to.
- Our team reviews every measurement set before production starts and may contact you with questions or ask you to re-measure. Production does not begin until we approve the measurements.
- Because custom pieces are made for you alone, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship, or we did not build to the approved measurements.
- If the piece does not fit because the approved measurements were inaccurate, we will help you with alterations. Alteration costs and return shipping in that case are the customer's responsibility.
- Lead times are estimates. We will give you a realistic timeline when we approve your measurements and keep you informed if it changes.
Ready-to-wear and accessories
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first for a return authorization; unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Sale items, worn items, and items altered after delivery are not returnable.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States and internationally. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees charged on delivery.
- Please check your shipment on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Product photos and descriptions
Many of our pieces are handmade from natural materials, and fabrics and furs vary from lot to lot. Colors on screen can differ from the real thing. We do our best to describe every piece accurately; if you need to know something specific before ordering, ask us.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Our content
The photos, text and designs on this site belong to ProSantaShop or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.
Liability
We will replace or refund any item that is defective or not as ordered. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
