Santa has many toy bags, and they get worn and torn and for the elves that made the original toy bags, they want the MAGIC of their work to continue on. Therefore, when some of the toy bags get worn from coming down chimneys, the toy bag repair shop makes new toy bags with a scrap of fabric from the original ones, thus allowing the spirit and Magic of the elves’ creation to continue.
